Key Responsibilities:
1. Order Processing Excellence:
- Oversee end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with US market regulations.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics teams to enhance the overall order fulfillment process.
2. Invoicing and Billing:
- Manage invoicing activities, ensuring timely and accurate billing to customers.
- Address billing discrepancies and proactively communicate with clients to resolve any issues.
3. Credit Management:
- Conduct credit checks, assess creditworthiness, and establish credit limits for customers.
- Implement strategies to minimize credit risks and ensure healthy cash flow.
4. Cash Collection:
- Drive efficient accounts receivable processes, optimizing cash collection cycles.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and facilitate timely payments.
5. US Market Compliance:
- Stay updated on US GAAP and other relevant accounting standards.
- Ensure all Order to Cash activities align with US market regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in Order to Cash roles with a focus on the US market.
- Familiarity with US GAAP and other accounting standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
